Title Reception Area for Nemo Science Center in Amsterdam Client Nemo Description Tjep. was commissioned to re-design the reception area of a landmark in Amsterdam: the Nemo Science Center located in a building building designed by Renso Piano. Within the the constraints of a tight budget and very high functional and user friendly requirements we developped a series of elements visually connected to each other by their strong geometrical character. The ticket desks were subject to extensive testing in order to provide an efficient ergonomically soundworking environment. The extra screen in the frontside is for children to see who is working behind the desk. Designed by Tjep.
